white parrots

is there a quick & effective technique to get parrots to talk?

type of parrot : don’t know their speices name,they are grayish & white with yellow accents & 2 red spots(neck area).a long tail approximately 12 inches.i have been told this type of parrot is known to talk.
tried the gun,didn’t work…one of them gave me the finger…these parrots have “attitude” lol…..

Do NOT just have a tape recorder or repeat yourself. Birds are smart and will just look at you like you’re an idiot. The best way to get it to talk is to just say the phrase you want (pretty bird, etc) every time you walk by and walk in the room.
