white canaries
Can a domesticated bird like a parakeet or Canary live in nature?

Reason why I am asking is that there are 3 birds that spend time near my back deck. Obviously these are pets that have escaped. The speech Budgie and Canary Islands, and another white bird with long feathers kept close him. I've been feeding them and have earned the confidence of two of them (the white bird not to come too) I'm moving this weekend and I worry that no going to fly south when it cools.

The birds, which were wild until tamed well, but if you live in an area where winters are cold, then someone is freed them (shame on people!), or that have been lost. Do you have a porch? Get a bird cage and put food and treats that – maybe all flying in the cage (make sure it is big enough) and then you can close the door. (Perhaps if they are very cautious, they become accustomed to the cage and then, when at night if they are all there – shut the door and make sure it is secure – Keep the cage out of the sun or they could die.) Anyway, if you get all 3 of the cage at one time, move slowly, but that door closed. MEANWHILE – contact the local animal shelter if they can not take the birds, knowing them, a person RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFIDENCE in your area who rescues pet birds, and in contact with that person. I found two lovebirds in my parking (parking biiig) and kept chasing the grass again until I could contact my bird loving friend, who had a cage parts – left the cage (by this time birds were trapped beneath the car – this was the best I could do – jumping all around), and when he saw a bird cage, got in, and the other bird remained cautious, but when he saw his mate happily swinging on the swing of birds, who jumped into the cage. Yay! Bonnie and I was shocked high hand each other and the birds were saved! (It gets very cold in the winter – so I'm glad to be rescued) BEST OF LUCK!
