scuba diving canaries

I want to go diving, surfing, paragliding next summer holiday.where 3 of these are cheap and fabulous?

I am on the budget and destination search in Europe where all those are cheaper, convenient, and also its mervelous there. I'm thinking of places like the island of Gran Canaria, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Greece. Another issue is people told me the duty free destinations like the island of Gran Canaria (Tenerife, La Palma) cheaper than mainland Spain and this has all the facilities and more. I also recommend Turkey as always cheaper, its very fabulous and again more to do there. I'm in the budget and instant messaging from the United Kingdom. You can not sail in the Mediterranean, so it should look at the destinations of the Atlantic. The Canary Islands have two points of surfing and diving, and I am sure that wherever there are tourists, there will be gliding (paragliding). Good luck.
