Indian Ringneck Parakeet info?

I'm thinking of getting a Indian Ringneck Parakeet. Can anyone tell me about the species. Do Good pets? Birds Are Strong? How is your ability to speak?

Personally I think they are very loud and obnoxious. But to each his own. I know some that are very sweet, and others who are terribly mean. I guess it really depends on the birds you get and how it rises.
