Im looking to rescue an African gray parrot, can anyone help?

Im looking to rescue an African gray for the mother of my boyfriend so im looking for either a shelter or a person who needs a loving home for pets. she is willing to pay for the bird, but she only has about 160 pounds to 190 pounds for spend. if u can help please email if u know anyone in the south of Wales, Merthyr tudfill preferably around if you can help please leave your name and phone number and if your selling a bird can say that the amount your future for the i amount mentioned above is not carved in stone that may be willing to pay more to thank beforehand
