How to hang a swing in front?
I bought a swing in front and I would hang safely as possible on the roof on the porch. I do not trust Hanging by 2 screws. I read the best way to hang it using a bolt and screw to obtain a nut on the other side of the beam. My problem is I'm not sure how to do this without ripping the roof to access the other side of the beam. What is a good solution to this problem? Thank you. Give it some thought and may give an opportunity. I think I've seen too many videos on TV of porch swings collapsed.
Definitely you want to locate the studs in the ceiling. I want to buy screws with big eyes and type of anchor ring up like that. Start by drilling a smaller hole in the center of the stud and screw away
