Can I build a wooded yard for my bird?

I build from untreated wood would be this good? I have heard that has to be untreated wood? Also what kind of paint can I use if any? Jaxx his genius !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that in trying bamboo that sounds good to me seem very natural
