What is the best way to teach a Quacker parrot to talk?

We are reaching a baby P. Parrot soon I would like to know the best way.

We have three Quakers in our "flock." They pick up words very quickly! The more time you spend with them, the more they learn. Usually are very vocal birds, with a strong need to communicate with members of his flock. Our birds love to hear their names. This gets their attention.
