Where can I buy unassembled artificial flower parts?

I have a project that requires tissue in black die cut parts of artificial flowers. Instead of going to the craft store and the payment of the flowers and mounted (you only need to take apart), I would buy the pieces before they meet. Someone / business do these things, I do not know how to access them to make a direct purchase. Thank you! I googled this and can not find anything.
