Recently weaned Meyers is too thin.?

I recently adopted a beautiful little Meyers parrot. His name is Roldie and he is just a set of love and sunshine. We expect 3 weeks for him because the store said it was ready to be finished weaning (they do not force your birds to wean) We got home and took him back every day for a weight lost weight in the beginning and then began to stay the same. Now he has lost some weight, her little breast bone? is getting more than I think that if he eats, plays, sings, but unless I handfed him, I've been doing every other day, it is a bit much. A person at Petco taught me how to do it and really loves it. I really probably should be out of baby food at this time and I was hoping someone might have some suggestions to get a little more weight on our baby. Thank you!

Well, obviously not ready to be weaned. Some birds wean so different. I do not know if you feel comfortable making the change of power that would take him back to the store and ask for more help. It is very irresponsible for a Store to sell an unweaned baby.
