parrots types

I caught a small parrot type bird, and I know what kind it is?

It's bigger than a parakeet, has a feather headdress and a cockatoo and is blue, cream, yellow and red. That's fine until you reach the cage. I have a picture of it. It has a small peak and is aggressive when handled, so may be an escaped animal.
