Can I still train my pocket parrots to talk?

I adopted a pair of 10-year-old pocket parrots. I heard pocket parrots can (sometimes) be trained to talk. I do not know if these guys talk because they have already pasted a random squeaks. Is it too late to teach them to speak? Or can birds to learn new tricks? They are a couple male female bondage, the female deposits rather doesn't

Bird talk in humans only when they are alone and not have to talk to the birds.
