Can I put a little sea salt without iodine in my fish tank?

I heard it was GD for fish health if I've added some salt. I have two cats channel Oscar clown knife a couple of blood parrots and a convict in a 55 gallon tank, 125 gallons with a UV clarifier, filter feeding 40-60 gallons, a filter whisper 30 gallon, and a filter of 40-60 liters.
