Jellybean Parrot and Pink prisoner?

Okay so I have a small (just under 3 inches) Jellybean Parrot (That's what the store calls it, is a cross between a blood parrot and a pink convict I've done some research and come to believe that only 4 and 1 / 2 inches) in my 15 gallon tank. He / She's alone in this tank, the tank heater to 78 degrees heat, filter in operation, the bubble wall providing additional air, and few hiding places of clay pots. I wonder 2 things A) Could you put a small (about 1 inch) pink to condemn him? And B) If so tankmates, Would you agree? If I'm not going to get a few Amano shrimp to the bottom

No. The maximum fish tank size, and finally sentenced has the potential to kill. You can make the shrimp, though.
