Where can I get good quality, affordable Mint green eyeliner?
Sounds strange, I know. Be NARS makes one called "Parrot Cay ", but can not find one at $ 20 (even on eBay), which is more than willing to pay. Any suggestions?
My suggestion to you is that use an eye shadow as eyeliner and stains around your eyes using a flat eyeliner brush or angular. You can create any eye shadow to be online as provided they have an eyeliner brush. Try Loreal `s unique eye shadow shades. They have a mint green color to try. You can buy at any pharmacy or Wamart.
