My parakeet has something like fungus that grows in the leg. It also has white stuff in your nostrilss.?

My parakeet has something growing one leg for about 6 months now. Sometimes it seems to leave, but never really goes away. It also has something white in his nostrill? Any idea what is or should be worried.
