Why does my parrot standing on one leg?

I just got two parakeets and one of them is standing on one leg is broken or what please hwlp I have to take her to the doctor or what and how much is going to be that I meant in one leg and I just love it when they moved the cage too see if it moves she can walk, but after Shell got a backup is that you may only swap to the other leg is right I think OK
