Are you aware that your wings grow back in a few months right? Birds are birds and that make love to fly. However, to stay with you or "behave" as you call, you will have to clip their wings and make you learn to trust be your friend. After a few clips wing, maybe a year or so depending on how often you play with them and decide whether a bond with you, will be happy to fly you to sit on your shoulder while working at home or sitting down to do homework, whatever. Be aware that allowing them free flight also increases risk of losing out the door when you least expect it. Someone can walk, they will shock and out, or (as happened to me) you can leave and forget about the bird is on his shoulder, and off they go! I was very lucky because I could get my cockatoo back when that happened, but not without a lot of tears and he out all night in Michigan in March! The story of how he found me 6 blocks and got it back would take too long to tell, but I consider myself very lucky have come back. As for praising the bird, is the tone of his voice to tell them (at least in principle) that is satisfied with something I've done. Later, as you hear the same words several times, they learn to associate the sound of words to do something good. Keep the praise, but at a slightly higher pitch and excited voice. In general, your birds can eat everything that is safe and healthy for you to eat. Fresh fruits (no seeds, please), vegetables (carrots with my love tops, broccoli, spinach and lettuce dark). They are also a mixture of cooked rice and throw in almost equal amount of frozen cooked vegetables. Once the rice mixture hot and frozen food has reached room temperature, put a spoonful in a cup of food separately or only in the top of their seeds (but be sure to pull what not to eat within a couple of hours). The small mourn sounds like you have a very young bird that is looking back to begging for food when his mother did feeder or the hand of man was serving his meals. Over time it will be over as it grows, but I think if it continues for a long time (as more than a month) I suggest you take her to an avian veterinarian for a checkup. CLIP fun and those wings!
