How much is a parakeet at PetSmart (or Petco)?

I want a Quaker / parrot and I know it's better to buy from a breeder, but a pet store would be much easier to get. I have not had the opportunity to go to my local pet store and ask and see if they have any and everything, but I just want to know how much is going to be if you get one of PetSmart or Petco. I live in Texas if that helps at all! Thanks if it helps:)
