Is it normal that every Indian Ringneck Parrot to be very mean to a different bird?

I have a parakeet and a parrot and my Indian Ringneck Ringneck parakeet hates me. My ringneck really attack it and once damaged his tail. And once the feathers were removed from her face and was so close to his eyes. What should I do? Do you think my Ringneck get more friendly at some point. All my parakeet want to be your friend. Experts?

It is normal for Indian Ringneck Parrot be territorial. So keep different cage or get a separate cage with spaces.If continues to act well then you really need to keep them away from each other or your parakeet will severely injured.
