What are minimum requierments cage for budgies and finches of society?

I'll get a pair of society finches and a parakeet but I can not put them in separate cages So I've decided I'm going to get a large cage and separately in 2 with a piece of wood so I wanted to know what is the cage of the minimum requirements for each and the maximum bar spacing for each thanks
