how to get rid of mice in the bird aviary?
I have a zebra finch aviary in mice that can not enter but you have to put in it didant I know there were mice in it so I need to know how to get rid of the thing and there's all the records in what HIDS and i cannot move the records
Many people do not realize how small hole in mice can be access to an aviary. They can go through 12 mm by 12 mm mesh aviary. If your aviary has such a gap and the mesh at ground level then you will have access to all the mice of time. The hay given nesting material with a nearby source of food. Unless your seed is in the pedestal bases that are the poles so bright, the mice can not go up then they are also going through food of their birds. That can be a significant risk to your birds health, disease introduction. Solution? Remove all birds for a while. Clean all aviary and straw dont put back. If the grid goes to ground, add veneer around the base to at least 2 feet on each side. Check for holes of 12 mm (half inch) or larger, verification of the gaps in the doors and the roof line …. block all the holes. Use clean white sandy beach or pool of aviary floor of the aviary in paving stones or concrete. If you have plants in the soil, the mice were dug their way, and also in rats. Delete records. Dont add hay all ……. if for nesting there was a too far. You can add or nesting sites nests and nesting materials in them. Do all the feeding area above ground on pole platforms so their food is safe from rodents. Once only you can look around the aviary recently improved and think like a mouse and do not see the point of entry ……….. only then put your birds again in
