Christmas in the Canary Islands, help ... best way to book? private agent or tour stop?

I'm trying to search all the websites that offer vacation of 22 December for 7 nights and hard! I am better booking flights and accommodation seperatly or simply go to a travel agency, anyone know of a website that let people privatly villas, apartments, etc. in the festive season in the Canary Islands? Im nearing the end of my wits. Any help would be great,

Try Santiago de Villa. If you want an apartment in Parque Santiago Tenerife tries apartment Webb site. They have some nice apartments but then find their own flights. Or try www.spanishislas.com complex at that site are lovely have been there, but just Tenerife.
