Is it possible to mate a canary 9 weeks of age with a female finch 10 weeks old?

By the way im 14 and I was wondering, geez some people these days! And i wasn't planning on mating my self, I mean they may be able to make babies.

They should be raised that young. The minimum age for finches and canaries is usually 6 months of age (closer to a year is better) As for the cross breeding depends the type of finch. Islands can hybridize successfully with certain types of finches, but not all.
