Can I use the toys to touch my bird?

I was wondering if anyone knows if Tinker toys are safe for birds to play? I was thinking in getting some of my little sun Conure.

I see no harm, but it is probably safer to buy wooden toys that are labeled for birds. Conure My cat also loves balls with a bell in the center, cat cotton balls (NO CATNIP), straws cut into sections, and oversized buttons.
