How do I get odor from Amazon Parrot?

I received an Amazon 2 days ago and the bird absolutely reeks of urine wrong. And I gave her 2 different bathrooms, but can not seem to get him to stay in long enough to do something? Is there some kind of soap or something that is not detrimental to the parrots that could use it, or a powder or something? Please help.
